Visibility

Know where your business stands without chasing information across teams.

When critical information is spread across people and departments, it becomes harder to understand what is happening and where attention is needed. Bolisa brings connected operational and financial information into your working process, supported by reports you can investigate further.

What have we done but not yet billed?
Uninvoiced selling value, and how long finished work has waited to be invoiced.

One connected process

One process. Every department connected.

Your business does not operate in separate departments. A quotation becomes a shipment, and a shipment creates financial obligations. Bolisa connects sales, operations, and finance so information moves with the work and your teams stay aligned.

  1. Quotation

Inquiries arrive as lanes, from a single shipment to a full tender. Pricing answers each lane from your rate library, and sales issues the quotation with revisions tracked.

An accepted quotation becomes the offer your bookings are made against.

  2. Shipment Operations

One file per shipment carries freight, customs clearance and trucking, with each stage, owner and follow-up visible to the teams that need it.

Costs are recorded on the file as the work happens, against the vendor who did it.

  3. Financial Closure

Vendor payments, customer invoices and receipts are reviewed on the same file. It is ready to close only when operations, costs, customer review and invoicing are complete.

What was quoted, done, paid and billed stays connected for reporting.

Our founding belief

You cannot control what you cannot see.

Built around the way your business actually works.

Bolisa is shaped by people with firsthand freight forwarding experience and an understanding of operations in MENA. We combine practical workflows and hands-on guidance to support the processes your business needs.

  • Five services on one shipment file: freight, customs clearance, trucking, container leasing and value-added services.
  • Cross-border road freight, customs treatments and post-shipment obligations handled on the same file.
  • Multi-currency costs and invoices, with the exchange rate recorded when each is created and issued.
Why Bolisa

What Bolisa helps you do

What a connected operating system should help you do.

  1. Connected Operations

Keep sales, shipment operations, and finance connected as information moves from quotation to financial closure.

    In Bolisa

A won quotation becomes the offer your shipments are booked against. Each shipment’s costs, vendor payments and invoices sit on the same file, so nobody re-keys what another team already entered.

  2. Reliable Execution

Bring required steps and checks into the work so important details are less dependent on memory and informal handovers.

    In Bolisa

Clearance moves one stage at a time. Costs are priced from your rate library unless someone records a reason. A file can’t reach Ready to Close while operations, cost review, customer review or invoicing is incomplete.

  3. Informed Decisions

Use available reports and supporting records to investigate performance and understand where attention is needed.

    In Bolisa

Predefined reports cover receivables, profitability, operations and commercial performance. From a report you open the files behind the figure, and from the file its costs, invoices and payments.

Product evidence

Follow the information behind the report.

A reported figure is more useful when you can examine the information behind it. Bolisa’s existing freight forwarding reports and supported record drilldown help you investigate operational and financial information in context.

  1. The report

    Analytics › Finance

The Finance report shows the selling value not yet invoiced, and how long each service’s finished work has waited.

  2. The drilldown

Analytics › Finance › Redline Auto Parts Trading

Open a customer to see each file waiting to be invoiced, how long it has waited and which reviews are still open.

  3. The source record

Open the file itself: its customer, carrier, route and reviews, and exactly what still stands between it and closure.

We stay involved as an operational partner, working with you to improve how the system supports your business.
